Criminal Referral? Jan. 6 Panel Eyes Witness Tampering Amid Trump Coup Plot - The Beat - MSNBC

NBC News has confirmed that star Jan. 6 witness Cassidy Hutchinson received a concerning message from a Trump ally that appeared to be coaxing her to testify positively on Donald Trump’s behalf. Trump also slandered Hutchinson in an interview with Newsmax after she gave her public testimony, saying she has “mental problems” and lives in “fantasyland.” Due to all this, the Jan. 6 committee may make a criminal referral to the Justice Department for witness tampering. Aired on 07/01/2022.

“[A person] let me know you have your deposition tomorrow,” read a slide that the Jan. 6 committee broadcast at the end of Hutchinson’s hearing, which Vice Chair Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) characterized as pressure on a key witness. “He wants me to let you know that he’s thinking about you. He knows you’re loyal, and you’re going to do the right thing when you go in for your deposition.”

.. to just say that there is doubt about the election's out come because "big things are gonna happen
on January 6th." She even tried to tell Trump he shouldn't be saying that but he kept talking.
