but very few doctors are going to break the law, whether or not some DA says they will not prosecute.
Certainly almost no hospital will be involved.
We need a federal law and we need a SCOTUS to rule the federal law is constitutional. Not only that, but we may need an amendment to the Constitution that guarantees a right to privacy for the future to prevent other rulings outlawing same sex marriage, sodomy, and contraception.
