I would be more comfortable with vote by mail across all states. I live in Oregon and I have total confidence in our vote here.

Those actions were illegal as hell.

Gullibility on the part of county election officials and treason on the part of State Representative Daire Rendon and the likely opponent to AG Dana Nessel, Matthew DePerno.

Michigan officials push to investigate a G.O.P. candidate over an alleged 2020 election scheme.

Revelations of possible meddling have set off a political tsunami in a critical battleground state, as the attorney general seeks an independent inquiry into her likely rival on the ballot this fall.

In early 2021, with the turmoil of a bitterly contested presidential contest still fresh, several election clerks in Michigan received strange phone calls.

The person on the other end was a Republican state representative who told them their election equipment was needed for an investigation, according to documents from the Michigan attorney general’s office.

They obliged. Soon, the machines were being picked apart in hotels and Airbnb rentals in Oakland County, outside Detroit, by conservative activists hunting for what they believed was proof of fraud, the documents said. Weeks later, after the equipment was returned in handoffs in highway car-pool lots and shopping malls, the clerks found that it had been tampered with, and in some cases, damaged.

Now, evidence provided by her office [AG Nessel] places Mr. DePerno at one of the “tests” of voting equipment and suggests that he was a key orchestrator of “a conspiracy” to gain improper access to machines in three counties, Roscommon and Missaukee in Northern Michigan and Barry, a rural area southeast of Grand Rapids. The tampering resulted in physical damage, but the attorney general’s office indicated that there was no evidence that there was “any software or firmware manipulation” of the equipment.

and the poll logs are all put together in a sealed pouch which is then sent to the BOE but not
before the voting machines are sealed with #ed seals and those seal's #s and letters along with
the machine I.D.'s are also included in the pouch that goes to the BOE too. If Trump's people
broke those seals then they broke the law too. I hope Michigan's A.G. and Sec. of State along
with other states go after those mother fuckers who might have broken those seals in order in
order to "look at" the machine's hard drives.

allowed this to happen or did it for them, they should be going to jail. I have to believe this is a federal crime.

I say this as a poll worker who knows how important and tightly dictated the chain of custody of election equipment and ballots are.

10. Georgia Opens Criminal Investigation Into Trump Campaign Stealing Voter Data

Sidney Powell needs to be disbarred and put into jail

https://www.politicususa.com/2022/08/16/georgia-criminal-investigation-voter-data.html

Trump attorney Sidney Powell helped coordinate the effort, and she was billed over $26,000 by computer experts from Atlanta tech company SullivanStrickler, the records show.

The GBI confirmed Tuesday that it has opened a criminal investigation of the incident on Jan. 7, 2021, when the group flew from Atlanta to South Georgia and were given access by local election officials to equipment that was supposed to be kept secure from outsiders. Computer theft is a felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison.

The same team that was part of the voter data breach in Michigan and Nevada stole voter data in Coffee County, Georgia. The team was supervised by the Trump campaign, as Sidney Powell coordinated the effort to steal voter data as they were trying to prove voter and election fraud that would have provided Donald Trump with a pretext to carry out his coup and stay in power.

Trump is already looking at the possibility of being indicted in Georgia for election meddling. The theft of the voter data, and the nation should be honest by calling it theft, is a separate investigation.

It is possible that Trump could also be charged for stealing election data, although Sidney Powell is likely to be looking at criminal charges if the investigation uncovers wrongdoing.
