This is despite the fact she was in court on his behalf in the search warrant case and made multiple tv appearances as his lawyer on the case. She signed the letter attesting that they had no more classified documents as the Custodian of the documents
She represented Trump during the search of Mar-a-lago identified herself as an attorney when she signed the FBI inventory of what they took from Trump's property.
All of that is in the court records.

She addressed the media after the search in that capacity - a lawyer representing Trump.

Because she has criminal liability for that letter with the false claim in response to the subpoena, she retained a lawyer - as she should.

I'm almost positive, in the early stages of the case, her name appeared as a lawyer for Trump.

Like everything else to do with Trump, this is another messy issue.
