it shouldn't take much for the army of Trump's lawyers to tear it apart in court.

Trump's problem is that it would go like the election cases that he went 0-62 on.

Unlike Republicans, courts don't buy into Trump's lying.

And like his previous lawyers, half of them are facing legal issues themselves - because they listened to TFG. Not to mention, this is only the first case he's facing. There's still tax evasion in New York, election interference in Georgia, and then there's Jack Smith, investigating a number of federal charges.

Trump lied to them? That's pretty close to a checkmated case right there.

They have short memories. They've forgotten "Lock her up"
They've forgotten Hillary showed up for questioning in Congress for 11 hours of questioning without pleading the 5th and was never charged with anything.
But Hillary let the process proceed without a lot of catcalls from the bleachers.

If Trump was as innocent as he maintains he is, he would have nothing to fear.
But he isn't innocent so he has plenty to fear.

And not even the one with the most consequences. He's gotten away with so much for his entire life - in Mary Trump's book she said that none in his family are big on paying taxes. The NYT did a record long exposé on his tax evasion over the years using documents that Mary obtained from their mutual lawyer. He's in deep, no doubt about it - I just wish that it was over so he would no longer dominate the news - and that he could take his "defenders" in Congress with him...

It's always good to see Rep. Raskin. He seems to be handling his treatment very well.
