for posting his talks on DU.

I've watched practically every talk he's given, and this is one I'd not seen.

There are many DUers who have only the ugliest things to say about this man, who espouses the values that all who call themselves "progressives" should claim.

Hedges tells it like it is, sparing no one, Republican nor Democrat, in our broken political system.

I suspect that the reason some DUers don't like him is that he refuses to worship at the throne of "All Things Obama". They conveniently forget that when Republicans marched in lockstep with GW, we found it odious. When we do it, not so much.

Like for: politics, policy, lawmker, lawinforcer, justice, progress, progressive, liberal, democracy, institution, state, charity, phylantropy, education, religion, and so many more, because people in general interprete them differently leading to seeds of conflict in constant germination.

And that favors the elite designers and managers of all wealth and power to sip through their network of receiving vessels. All that within the world network of real life in constant arguing, misinformation, waste of efforts, realistic and doable golas to meet but for which thousands of unnecessary hurdles are placed, as if they are not real because just setting them is a waste of all kind of capitals.

So, is that why the official trading system with a currency is called 'economy'?

This is a speech I haven't seen before. And I usually catch them all on LinkTV.

Thanks for posting this!
