I give a shit what her political opinion is, unlike our conservative brethren. I'd never root for an American to fail on the world stage. As far as excuses and congratulating opponents? Some athletes have more class than others. And I'm not bashing Lindsey. I don't know the story. If it's true, shame on her. If not? Whatever. That's on her. I'll root for her regardless.
