The second day of my week off!

I've been up for two hours, so I think I'll take a nap. It is beautiful outside....nice dog walk later.

It was too windy and cool for a walk, but I took my doggo to PetsMart instead and she got to pick out a new toy. I think I'm going to read for the rest of the day. Tomorrow I have to get my butt in gear and do chores around the house!

...a brief call from my boss, but the phone's off, the work laptop shut, and just reading, relaxing, and hanging out with my family on the last weekday of my boy's spring break.

I hope you're enjoying yours as much as I'm enjoying mine.

I took all this time off to spend with mine but he decided to stay at school and hang out with friends. Actually, I'm happy about it because he's so introverted and studious I worry he doesn't have enough fun. The fact that he blew me off to spend time with friends is a good thing, even though I miss him.
