In the 2014 Monty Python reunion shows, “Monty Python Live (mostly) - One Down Five to Go”, Eric Idle enlisted Prof. Brian Cox and Prof. Stephen Hawking to contribute to the “Galaxy Song” sketch. In this clip from “Monty Python - The Meaning of Live” Eric explains how he got Prof. Brian Cox and Prof. Stephen Hawking to do a “gag” for the show, we are taken behind-the-scenes of filming with them both in Cambridge, and we see how the final piece fitted into the live shows.
