Overly enthusiastic adults but, especially if you have cats (or want your TP more santitary), using a decorated repurposed plastic coffee container works wonderfully IME.

We use the former in our 'guest (1/2) bathroom', where our cats are rarely allowed, and the later in our main one where the cats are allowed to hang out.
