Basically it says that to not crucify yourself, stone others and destroy the enemies of God utterly unless you are a True Christian (trademarked) who understands and accepts the risks of doing so.
Edit: I see in the thread that this is satire! Well, it goes to show that I think there are people who would actually believe what is posted there.
