Our daughter telling us that Marvel said "All deaths are final" but I agree with you. I can't believe that cash cows like Panther and Spider Man could be gone. She told us there could be other movies with them but that would seriously diminish how much people get invested in them. Yes we'll see them but knowing a character is going to die really lessens the emotional involvement.

5. I think they may be making a distinction

Between deaths and those who are erased in the snap. Alternate universe possibly or some way to reverse the snap. But the next Black Panther and Spider-Man movies are already in the works and I seriously doubt they’ll be prequels.
