What doed Facebook want from me?

All of a sudden in the past three days, I have a note on my screen: "Facebook Password Required."

So I click on the Continue (Close does not do it, it immediately comes back)

And, of course, it is "unable to verify it." My password. But does not give me an option, as it was when I first set the account, to reset a new password.

It says that "Cannot connect to account Facebook." Which I can, really.

It lists "Internet accounts" my regular Comcast email and "Facebook." I am not sure what this means.

And this "Facebook" account has a list of "Interest Accounts;"

Contacts, Notifications, Calendars, Shared Menu.

I have no idea what all this means. I just want that popup on my screen to stop.

Thanks for any suggestions.

There was a little box to enable something and I clicked and that so called "Facebook" account got shaded.

Hit the Close, again, and did not pop, again. So far.

may have tried to hack your account.

Go to the down arrow (to the right of the question mark)

scroll down to settings. click that

click security and logins. change your password.

Like a different network.

Finally, when I found a button about "disabling" it, it faded and then when I hit close, again, it was gone. (Keeping my fingers crossed)
