The Perfect House For Surviving A Zombie Apocalypse Is For Sale

Cold War Era Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Silo/ Adirondack Airpark

MISSLE SILO-Home Built on Former Missile Base (19.20 Acres) Offering Underground Living & Access to Missile Silo

NEW LIST PRICE $750,000

What you might find interesting is that our complex has more land than any of the other survival shelters in the world and has the private runway expansion in progress eventually allowing small jets to land. We are in NY's Adirondack State Park and have 12 lots sub-divided (105 ac) with underground utilities in place. The lots have beautiful 50 mile views plus there is an extra 125 undivided ac to the west adjoining the property. Activities include world class skiing at Whiteface 20 min, great fishing, backpacking and hunting, year round activities, etc. Olympic Village Lake Placid nearby, Montreal 80 minutes with an international growing airport in Plattsburgh NY 30 minutes away which make this one of the most unique investments ever!

Inside the upstairs cabin.

Door to basement house.

Stairway to silo.

Tunnel to silo.

Inside the 9 story missile silo. It's currently empty, but would be perfect for underground condos.

features some of the main characters ending up in an abandoned missile silo in Texas to escape the zombie apocalypse. So, it seems that others have thought of the same idea.

Not what you'd call a 'fixer-upper', and there is still a massive amount of unused space.

say a few dozen BARs or their modern equivalent and a chain gun or two, properly supplied with ammo (and food/water) and it would be pretty easy to ride out the Zombie Wars in that place.
