Child actor Billy Mumy plays Anthony Fremont. He does say the words "You're a bad man! You're a VERY bad man" before wishing the man he doesn't like into the cornfield. (Along with anyone else in the town who doesn't cater to his every whim.) It is one of my favorite creepy episodes. I hope you get a chance to watch it.
