you should be seeking advice about insomnia from a bunch of maniacs running rampant at this time of the night?

I watch the DVRs of ancient Law and Order reruns till I fall asleep. The other night, I saw a young Idris Elba. Recently there was the young Julia Roberts trying to turn Ray astray.

If I lie in bed and try to sleep, I end up thinking all sorts of bad thoughts. Watching Law and Order keeps my brain occupied so I don't get into those loops.

Mind-numbing television shows. This sounds weird, but murder shows help me. The ID channel or Headline News murder shows. I think it's because they are narrated and the lack of back and forth dialogue lulls me into sleep. Oh, and Xanax, LOL. Good luck.

The ID channel. I can be awake for hours and turn on the ID channel and be asleep in minutes. It is weird, isn't it.

It's kind of hypnotic to sort of follow a plot without having to concentrate. I think it induces sleep.

As some know, I dislocated my left shoulder two weeks ago and have had nights starting out good then turning baad.

I started to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed and for some strange reason, I'm sleeping pretty well. 🤔

Ni-Ni. 😴

I used to sleep in a guest bedroom from time to time. Got good zzz's. 😄
Mb there's something scientific to it.
Now I gotta head off to hit the sack...
