I had a dream I was hiking on a trail through a forest.
I was there with a few other people including my wife, sister, and niece. I was wearing sandals. They were uncomfortable, and I was thinking that they were the entirely wrong shoes for hiking. Suddenly I was all alone on the trail. I passed a field of rocks and thought that I should stay there and look for fossils, but I continued on. Then the trail took me to the beach of a lake. There was an old, white-haired guy there dressed in a really nice suit. I walked closer to him and I saw that it was Joe Biden. I went up to him and spoke to him a bit. He saaid something about a pick-up truck and the valet at the hotel. He was very nice and I could feel a lot of compassion coming from him, like we were meeting at the heart level. I woke up wanting to call him Uncle Joe.
