...with plain old vanilla buttercream frosting.

I am currently seriously stuck on the chocolate & chocolate chip flavor from the Nothing Bundt Cakes franchise that, fortunately or unfortunately, is less than a mile from my house.

I love to bake and have baked many different cakes for sale at silent auctions etc.

I am doing a gingerbread spice bundt cake, and Italian Cream cake and (More than likely) a carrot cake for 3 couples in my Sunday School class who purchased them last year. The deal is they bid in the live auction and they can order a cake of their choice, when they need it and pick out what they want. I offer this for 6 cakes, and the bidding stops when 6 bids are remaining; everybody pays that bid amount.

For the Silent Auction I will probably make chocolate pound cake but I may make limoncello cake . I have made rum cake, bourbon cake, cream cheese coconut pecan pound cake, and others.

my carrot cake made with whole wheat pasty flour (cream cheese frost cut with whipped cream)

apple walnut cake w/ caramel drizzle
