They stopped doing this to people for obvious safety reasons. They are fortunate someone didn't jump over the rail.

I've never found scaring people to be, at all, funny and this is just beyond irresponsible. IMHO, of course.

It's sick. I would never walk on that bridge in the first place because I have a terrible fear of heights, but someone could really go into a major panic attack over that or even have a heart attack.
