Decided something new for dinner

I usually need recipes. The only times when I don't is for salads and for eggs (scrambled, fried..)

But today decided to go a bit healthier.

So I sauteed onion in olive oil, then added rice cauliflower from Trader Joe's and sauteed all for a few minutes longer, and last added English peas from Trader Joe's that instructed to boil them in water for exactly 90 seconds (I think that i had them for 2 minutes).

Was quite tasty. We even sprinkled with a few drops of Tabasco..

I crack three eggs onto the baby spinach and stir, breaking up the yokes. Stir a few times. 2 minutes later add salt and pepper and serve. Healthy and delicious.

If you like cauliflower you should try a pizza crust made out of it and cheese. I think TJs has it. Someone told me they did.
