Help! A question about twitter videos:

I used to able to click on the arrow and watch/listen. Now the video
disappears. Do I need get an account? It's frustrating to miss out when
everyone is saying how cool the video is.
I freely admit that I'm not very computer literate.

them all the time with no account. It could be how your browser is configured. I don't use Windows, etc., so I can't help anymore than this. You also might want to post this question to the DU Computer Help and Support (Group). There are also some very helpful folks there too.

If I surf DU with my old browser IE I can't watch video's. I switch to chrome browser & no problems.
