He usually makes up a comment that the animal is making. In this one, there was a little dog that was preventing his human from picking up a glass of wine. Hence the dog's commnet to "Keith", the owner.

I don't know why his account has been suspended. He uses the f word a lot. Maybe some jerk took offense.
