There’s a freelance music critic in Phoenix by that name. He’s a friend of a friend and it confused the hell out of me when I saw him in a FB discussion.

(Stones) Bill Wyman has a lot of nerve critiquing (with a lot of criticism and snark) songs by the Beatles! Maybe the person who posted this meant the magazine Rolling Stone, not the rockers The Rolling Stones.

Just started reading, and it’s clear the wonderful joke about it all is how even the “worst” Beatles songs are so great, one way or another.

Looking forward to spending some time with this. Thanks for posting.

Well, my brother and my carpool friends are far more into the Beatles than I am, but I was wondering.

I respect their place in history and I like a lot of tunes when they're played - but -

I'm always looking for something to add to my workout playlist.

Is there anything that would keep me moving and energized?

I really want to add music from other decades to my playlist. I have a lot from the 80s when I was a little kid. Some from the 90s when I was a teen. And some oddball music over the last two decades, but I want to expand my playlist. I love New Wave, Punk, Pop-Punk, and just plain Rock. And some pop tunes here and there. Also I can stand classical, and well, anything but country.

What are the most energetic of Beatles tunes?
