Just tuned in but CNN is treating the Gospels as complete fact. What crap!

(1,622 posts)...why don't you just change the channel? Nobody's forcing you to watch it...
I fail to understand why anyone watches something on TV and finds it necessary to complain about it on an internet discussion board. By the time one types up a post, the TV channel could have been changed several times.

(17,425 posts)that I took my 55 inch flat screen TV and laid it on its back and encouraged my dog to poop on it. And I don't clean up the poop either. I don't care, I'm going to continue to let my dog poop on it even if he has to climb piles of poop in order to do it. I'm done with this fucking bullshit. They put that fucking bullshit on TV, then I'm going to have my dog poop on it.
I'll post a picture of it soon.

(6,810 posts)...airing it. I really do miss when news channels were just straight news and not infotainment or barely masked propaganda.
Folks, let this guy gripe about CNN and get over it.

(115,681 posts)They do a lot of shows that aren't news, but are entertainment or documentaries. If people don't like the shows they won't watch them, but evidently that's not a problem. It's the free market, after all.

(115,681 posts)a discussion of what the various scriptures reported, not religious proselytization. I thought it was kind of interesting even though I'm not religious. And a private media company can decide for itself what it wants to broadcast. Nobody can, or should, tell CNN that it must produce only news shows. It can show what it wants and if people don't like it they won't watch.

(6,810 posts)...viewers might be a bit put-off regardless. I've zero interest in arguing.
Edit: That's the friendly wave, not the fuck right off a cliff wave.

(3,268 posts)Not the "Christian" thing but both CNN and MSNBC are supposed to be 24 hour news stations and when you're a billion dollar business you can afford part time help on the weekends and holidays to read the news ticker, even if your audience is small. I stream news pretty much 24/7. All I can tell you is that BBC and Al Jazeera are doing news programming...
For those who want religious TV there are several dedicated channels and they felt no need to switch off and offer breaking news for Christmas-though that would be no more ridiculous...
