Seriously, he did a 64 Corvair and a 1970 'Cuda and they are FABSHINY.

And I'd trust him because (obvs) I know where he lives.

....and if I had the funds to have this little gem restored, I would take it to Joe Martin and his Iron Resurrection crew. I would probably opt for a restomod with all the perks and power of a modern muscle car rather than original restoration. How interested am I in this subject? I have every show in your poll plus Iron Resurrection in my One Pass with Suddenlink.
Everyone has some interests and hobbies they enjoy that I do not share. Other than being somewhat petty, I see no purpose in letting them know that I'm not interested in what they clearly enjoy.

Missing a lot of trim, and some of what is there isn’t spec. It would be a fun hobby project, but probably not worth paying the pros to go at it.

Add a tube sub-frame, back half it, and tub out the rear tires then it might pass for a bracket racer.

If it's got a bad frame, I'd part it out. If the frame is good, I'd restore it myself.
