Csts are funny creatures. My rescue cat doesn't like to eat without getting pettings first. She comes and finds me, meows and hovers until i follow her to her bowl, give her some skritchings, then she eats. She will only eat first without scratchings if she's really hungry and then will just eat a little bit before finding me and getting me to follow her back to her bowl. I am well trained.
