No, but someone recently opened a Verizon account in my name, and I've had a devil of a time shutting it down.

and somebody made a bunch of international calls today. verizon generously isn't going to charge me for those and offered a $30 credit for me to upgrade to a 4g phone. until I get one they won't let me use my old one and I have no phone. I laughed and said I will get one some where else, put the $30 on my next bill or just put it somewhere. Cellular Country has good quality used phones and I have been buying from them for years. THAT is an endorsement. Verizon? yeah they have good coverage, but customer service is going down hill and the fraud dept SUCKS.

They dont make any money on that.
Sales works great.

they are making money.
