I just finished watching the "Edward the Seventh" BBC 13 part mini-series last night on Netflix where Christopher Neame played the role of the Kaiser. A familiar face, I looked up on him and saw that he's had steady work as a character actor for over 30 years. Often playing a German even though he was born and raised in England.

4. I was kidding about that.

He's one of those "Hey, it's that guy!" actors who's in everything but no one knows their name.

My first guess was going to be William Morgan Sheppard, who's been in a lot of Star Trek stuff as well as Babylon 5 and Doctor Who. I looked him up, though, and he was never in Enterprise.
