No. Remember the family that came and asked for help because the sons were off fighting under Robb and Bran sent them the orphans on the condition they had to raise them as their own? That was the farm that Hodor, Osha, Bran and Rickon were outside of earlier in the episode and Theon was in the courtyard of when he sent the Maester away...the dead bodies belong to the orphans. Theon killed the entire family so that there would be no witnesses to him having lost Bran and Rickon.

in the book about Bran & Rickon than there was on the TV show.
