I'm not really into the game, but I'm just curious as to what interesting foods people are whipping up for Super Bowl Sunday.

What are you making/having?

1. Since it's just the two of us, we're having

leftover meatless chili and a salad. Boring!

But for the 4 of us (2 adult sons still at home) I am making enchiladas and Spanish rice.

Oh, and cold beer.

I think I am going to order some Thai food - Tom Kha Chicken coconut soup and Red Curry Chicken. Maybe I will splurge and get an appetizer too!
