Hey Aristus, salt or no salt? Either way, it's National Margarita Day!

I wanted to make a suggestion for the Friday night buzz thread.

3. Definitely salt

And absolutely none of that gottdam margarita in a bottle bullshit. Besides the salt and ice, there's only 3 ingredients being...

1) 100% Blue Agave Blanco Tequila
2) Triple Sec
3) Lime juice

Neither shall one ever put any of these things in a blender. Nor shall one use a stemmed glass for a cocktail with ice in it, contrary to what the picture shows.

The proportions of those three ingredients are up for interpretation, but if you are deviating from these things, you aren't making a margarita. You are making something else.

FWIW, I use Grand Marnier instead of triple sec, so I don't really make margaritas either.
