largest killer wasp discovered in China - body length was 2 1/4 inches and wingspan almost 4 inches. They think it's related to the "smaller" Asian giant hornet, but are doing tests to see if it's a new species or related to the Asian giant hornet. (the already huge Asian giant hornet is 1.5 to 1.75 inches for body length with a 2.5 inch wingspan)
