Watching a tribute to Aretha Franklin.......

Lotsa singers singing her songs.......but what i’d like to see, is ARETHA SINGING HER OWN SONGS HERSELF....... lotsa singers add their own “personality” into to her songs. I WANT TO HEAR ARETHA ONE LAST TIME doing her songs. JMHO.

She did write rock steady and think.

Otis redding wrote shake and carol king wrote natural women.

I remember her singing to Barack and Michelle Obama in her mink coat. What a joy!
