Ultimate dessert challenge (I feel my blood sugar rising as it plays)...

There once was Jahn's, a local ice cream chain based in Rego Park, Queens. It was a great place I loved to go to as a kid, and they were famous for the Kitchen Sink ("everything in it but the kitchen sink...&quot

Eat one, and you get another one free. Yeah!

The tradition carries on at Krisches on Long Island.

Nobody but nobody can keep down a gallon of milk. Surely there is a gallon's worth of milk in all that ice cream, so... was there an aftermath?
