When the man came after his dog with the leash, the dog would just amble away. His owner couldn't catch him; the dog was always two steps ahead. Until the owner found out that his dog liked women. That was the way he would catch the brat, ask a random woman to restrain him. Always worked, and the rottie wouldn't complain after being captured.

Oh, my, did she know how to work it! It was both hilarious and embarrassing as hell because onlookers would think I was being horrible to this sweet doggy!
