Farmers spot the world's tiniest kitten

in a sugar cane field, just in time.

A rusty-spotted cat — a rare and elusive animal considered the tiniest wildcat on Earth. It's also listed as "near threatened" on the IUCN Red List.
These nocturnal cats, which might weigh three pounds when fully grown, are particularly vulnerable to human encroachment. Their diminutive size makes them nearly invisible in a field.

I thought about posting the video but I already had the photo and just hoped people would follow the link and see for themselves. So glad you enjoyed it. I was delighted to hear about the baby snow leopard at the Como Zoo. I would camp there to catch a glimpse of that baby!

as soon as they let people see the little leopard. I used to hang out at the Como Zoo all the time when I lived in St. Paul. They had a pair of jaguars named Mick and Bianca.

I used to live there and we hung out together at a few meet ups back in 04-05. I'm always glad to see you, one of the few still here from that era.
