Have had it for years& never used it until now, just saw an article in Business Insider about connecting a keyboard to phone (or other device) with bluetooth. Can't paste it, am barely "keyboarding" (wow!1). It's nothing I'll probably use but am just thrilled with some kind of technology I'm being "successful" at - well, "success" is a relative term, of which I'm proving right now!1The article was aimed at its target audience of "business insiders" who probably traVEL A Lot and do "business" things necessitating typing "on the go" (HAHA), of whom I definitely am not. But isn't this fun, looking at the phone and TYPING with full fingers?!1 Not really, since the keyboard is small yet allowing both hands instead of pecking.
It is cool when you follow the steps and it actually works, ain't it?
Is. *thrilling*!1. O.K., the thrill is gone!1
ON EDIT: I actually typed "throll" but darn that Auto-Correct!1

(70,640 posts)Well, guess what, Business Insider, my ancient yet new (never used) bluetooth keyboard doesn't make noise, *either* and is light weight *too* and I'll be spending a certain amount of time trying to think up what I can use it for!1
Prolly, I'll be removing the batteries again and taping them to the outside so that they won't rot the battery compartment from years of unuse!1

.... Specs of the Keys-To-Go
With other essentials also fighting for a coveted position in your backpack or carry-on, it's important to consider the size and weight of your tech accessories. In that respect, the Keys-To-Go is a no-brainer to bring along. It measures 9.5" x 5.4" and is only 0.24" thick, so you can slip it easily into a backpack or purse compartment. Meanwhile, it weighs a little over 6 oz., a nearly-negligible amount. ....
Setting up the Keys-To-Go
Setting up the Keys-To-Go takes less than a minute. Simply hold down the Bluetooth key on the keyboard until it starts blinking and searching for nearby devices, then connect your phone or tablet. I had no problem with connecting the devices and could start typing right away. If you've had any experience with Bluetooth wireless accessories, then this set up will be second nature to you. ....
