(44,997 posts)With a little avocado oil.
Bake at 400 ... 30 minutes then flip for 20-30 more.
Add some fresh rosemary for the last 5 minutes.
Browned and crispy with soft inside.
So much better than fried.

(18,868 posts)I never was much of a meat eater.
I steam veggies every day. And I make a good bean stew.
And I love fruit so I buy big bags of frozen fruit and eat that. Lots of berries because they are so good for you.
I actually am doing the plant based vegan diet. 90 percent if my food is from nutrient dense foods.
After years of being on high BP meds I am now completely off.

(7,486 posts)Sometimes I put baked beans mashed up a bit on potatoes. Nutritional yeast works wonders for a lot of foods. I rarely eat oils except for popcorn.
