This show is more terrifying, than any horror movie I have ever seen.

Breathtaking and scary.

(43,153 posts)HBO should count itself lucky, because my plan to drop it after May 19th immediately got postponed thanks to this series alone.
From the very first line of the series--"What is the cost of lies?", where it talks about not knowing the difference between truth and lies, it speaks to this day and age.
And the end of last night's episode. Yikes.
This is the second year in a row a miniseries starring Jared Harris has captivated me. Last year's "The Terror" on AMC similarly captivated me.

(102,119 posts)The dogs abandoned have formed a colony over the decades. Other animals are merely opportunists that have moved in, but the dogs were the descendants of pets.
I think this aspect deserves its own thread so I will post more on it later. I remember reading a great article on it and will try to find it.
