knew enough to not panic the dolphin and had the tools necessary to free the animal from his binds. Our bays and the Gulf are full of these intelligent and gentle creatures. Kudos to the divers.

And there should be more seeking to help animals. There must be a number of dolphins and other marine lives who have gone handicapped by hooks and fishing lines and perhaps died. I've seen other videos like this one, so we know it must happen too frequently.
