2. I just use 123456

for every password, including my bank accounts (Bank name begins with "Ch" and ends with "ase", luckycharms user name, account number 3111546012) and credit cards (Capital One, luckycharms user name). That makes it very easy for me to remember.

I'm very careful about my online security, so I make my passwords easy so I don't forget them. Forgetting them would cause a security issue.
