Bigger than Ken and Barbie, Joey was the size of a newborn. The doll was created with regard to Archie Bunker's first grandson (All in the Family). Back in the day, it was startling to have a baby doll with a penis.

... Ken had molded on "y-front" undies, and Barbie was just blank under her (removable) panties.
My knowledge of these dolls is decades ago. I don't what they look like now.
