Apparently, the man holding the dream catcher -- in American Swastika motif -- is Ricardo Cate, a Native American cartoonist and comedian. But, I can't prove that.

and a Trump button. Obviously this guy is not impressed with that southern swastika dreamcatcher, but I wouldn't be completely shocked to see one displayed by someone that loves it.
