Does anyone use Bot Sentinel app to remove trolls/bots on your Twitter?

If you have, what do you think about it?

I have tried, but can't figure out to make it work within Twitter. I can pull up the website and enter a @ and look them up, but I know there's an easier way. When I tried downloading, only the first file that downloaded worked. Just a wee bit over my techno head and taking too much time to figure out.

Often labels accounts as trolls when it's clear they are not. I was convinced when it labeled my account as likely troll.
