I'm going to make "emergency" kimchi this weekend and not the real stuff.

Kimchi purists be damned.

Like in the above recipe, I'll use green cabbage but I'll be using Worcestershire sauce instead of of fish sauce and crushed red pepper instead of (Korean) hot pepper.

This is my version of living on the edge and pushing the envelope.
