it's on from 5AM to 10 PM. No idea how many birds it's scaring, but it's pissing me off. Sounds like a 12 gauge, so it's probably a propane cannon.

Look, I understand that farmers don't want their crops devoured by freeloading wildlife. I also understand that there is no advantage to having vast amounts of goose shit on tees and greens. although I admit to slightly less sympathy there.

But, these days, hearing "shotguns" outside your bedroom window doesn't help when you're trying to get some sleep.

1. The golf course behind me got a dog to chase off the geese.

He works hard, and he doesn’t bark that much. And he’s kinda cute, with his ears flying in the wind when he’s on a full run.

I see him riding in the maintenance guy’s carts a lot, too. He seems really happy.
