Funniest Thing I was told as a kid

So when I was ten years old, we are talking decades ago here.

I had a friend, who had gone to Disneyland, he came back with a Mickey Mouse watch.
We were all talking about how cool it must of been, he told us all about the rides/ Haunted House
etc. I asked him "Man those guys in the Mickey mouse and Donald duck suits must get so so hot, isnt it
always hot in Los Angeles"

My friend cracked up laughing, I mean I had never seen him laugh so hard, he look at me and
said something along the lines of "Dont be an Idiot, they dont put people in those suits, they're Robots, they have the best technology, all of them are robots, you didnt really think they were people"

One of my oldest memories, is him for the rest of the day thinking I was the dumbest person on earth, because I
didnt know they were Robots.
