..'akita...gsd..cocker and lab' named Annie. She was always wandering around the forest (my other dogs were always fenced in) so she had sticks and stuff hanging off her. She would sleep on the floor next to my bed. We hardly ever have storms but we had a HUGE crack right over our house and that muddy sticky hairy old dog crawled up in bed with me. She was so scared. I hugged on her all night long.

I miss that ol girl. She was my protector. Maybe she climbed in bed to keep ME safe..

She is a pampered little princess who loves everybody and always wants to snuggle but at the same time she is a 65 pound lump of muscle.

I've always had dogs but this is the 1st terrier type I've ever had and it's been a kinda steep learning curve for us.

I shared the bed with her on my last visit. You are right on point about them being sweet dogs but 65 pounds of rock hard muscle!

This is the first pittie in our family, too.
