I was just as ecstatic to hear my kitty come trotting down the hall meowing loudly, complaining no doubt. I sat down and she was in my lap and head butting me for attention, giving me kisses and sniffing all my boo-boos. There is nothing more soothing to the soul than a joyous reunion with those you love.
