Grandson trying to get his uncles up school starts tomorrow

He’s nineteen months old and standing at the bottom of the stairs ,telling them to get up . Reading the two sleeping beauties the riot act. As I’m fluent in toddler speak, he was standing hollering as best as he could as I walked by him.

Grandson- Brrrr aah up I think I heard uncky as uncle.

Grandad - I hear you little man those two are just pitiful ,to quote mr mcckorkindale from the long riders the hog farmer before the dam Pinkerton men shot him ,(hard telling you boys are farm bred sleeping so late)
In my guys defense they were up when I hit the bathroom around 02:30.

I asked them both hey you two gonna be ready around 07:00 to hit the ponds largemouth bass will be feeding.As it is still gonna be cool out supposed hit 90 degrees today and hitting it that early the grandson is going strong before his mid day siesta . Yup will be ready dad I tried bounce them 06:30 I got were awake, second call 07:15 yea dad we’re gonna get up.

Dad - come on guys we have a small window to hook micropterus salmoides large mouth bass I had to go science on them the one son actually looked at me. What did you say cuddling his pillows , exactly dad learned the scientific name of bass.

08:14 they’re finally awake it’s moms the first sgt turn now laundry marker. And marking the school clothes before we do laundry. Shirts cargo shorts boxers , this year the guys will be humping their laptops as well to school. Mom ordered them one each extra power cord.And they roll their eyes at my wife’s orders. I smile and shoot them both a comment we could be at the ponds if you two would have gotten up.

And this year they enrolled in vocational school. Electrical the one son and carpentry the other son. So yesterday we hit the local hardware store to get them tools and tool belt they need. Try it and if you like it then continue throughout twelfth grade, and if you do not wanna do university. Then senior year you both can make application to Union Carpenters and union Electricians five year apprenticeship. Apprenticeship school is paid by union two nights weekly from September to may. And they work full time on job sites.

And I tell them by the time your both 23 you’ll both be a journeyman making around 38$ to 40$ hourly always work Union. My union teamsters is a joke anymore fellas. Well I have start laundry could have been fishing thanks boys.

Boy your sons must be able to sleep through anything if they can sleep through a toddler yelling up the stairs!
